NSC'09 UPDATE FROM THE NACCM PREZ
The National Student Conference is the annual gathering of Christian Campus Ministries from around the USA (NACCM.ORG). Every year campus ministries gather their students at the NSC to reconnect with one another, to sit under great teaching and preaching, and to choose from a plethora of practical workshops all geared at getting students beter prepared for ministry back on our campuses.
This years NSC is on August 1-5 and in beautiful (and hot) Evansville. We welcome Shane Wood as our main speaker, (if you’ve never heard Shane…you can check his stuff out here), and with Dave Dykes & the Grateful Hearts leading us in worship (check out Dave's music here), a host of intentionally designed workshops, and the whole thing is tied together with the theme “Using Your Own Spoon”.
We want to spur our students to take personal responsibility for their spiritual maturity, train them in the use of important tools, and inspire them to engage in helping their peers do the same. Registration is due by July 1 and you can download registrations materials here.
